Life of a Fangirl

Hello everyone! This blog post will be my first ever book haul . :) *how exciting* :P I love books and reading and I need a parallel universe where I have got the time to read all the books I want to read. Everyone who enjoys reading as much as I do understands my struggle... so many books and so little time. *sigh* But let´s get started on the books I have purchased recently. So, here we go: First of all as you all know I went to "Sherlocked- The Official Sherlock Convention" in April and I couldn´t resist to buy a lot of stuff at the BBC Shop they had there. So, besides other things I bought all the Sherlock Holmes books by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle that I didn´t already own. They are all in the new edition with Covers from the TV Series as well as introductions by the Cast and Crew. I really like how they look and I am certainly looking forward to finally reading the original Sherlock Holmes stories. (Yes, I know, it´s shocking that I as a big Sherlock Fan ...

"I am SHERLOCKED" Hi there everyone! So, today I thought I would write about something very exciting that happened to me last month. I can´t remember when or how I got to know about it (I´m pretty sure though I saw a post on facebook or something) but at the beginning of this year I found out that on 24th to 26th April 2015 there would be a Sherlock Convention in London. For those of you who are not familiar with Sherlock (which I would be shocked about ;P): In 2010 Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss came to the fantastic idea of creating a new TV Show about the brilliant detective Sherlock Holmes and his friend Dr. John Watson but with a twist: The new series would take place in the modern day. They figured that all the stories about the super sleuth could be perfectly adapted to the present. When I first heard about that I was a bit confused and I must admit I thought `Sherlock Holmes in present London? That can never work´. Oh, how wrong I was! Ever si...

Hello everyone! So, this is my very first blog post on my new blog "L ife of a Fangirl" . I´ve been watching a lot of YouTube Videos lately and discovered that many YouTubers also have a blog. Since last year I´ve been thinking about making my own YouTube Channel but at the moment I don´t feel confident enough to sit in front of a camera and talk so everyone can see me. But I still want to share my experiences and thoughts with the world and the easiest way to do so is starting a blog which I am very excited about. So, what is this blog about? , you may ask. Well, first of all I don´t have any rules regarding posts on this blog. I will post about my daily life. I want to tell funny stories, share my thoughts about health and lifestyle, give book, movie and games reviews and talk about my obsessions. :) As you have already guessed by the title of this blog, I am a huge fangirl. So my posts will be about everything I love. I hope my blog inspires, helps and maybe ent...
